How to get rid of the colon separator?

Just a quickie - we've done it before but now can't remember how! In between the top level section and current section links at the top of product page there is a colon, like this -

Mail Order Book List :Latest Titles

How do we get rid of the colon or change it to a different separator? I'm sure it's somewhere in the text or template but just can't get there.
