I am getting this error when searching for products I know are in my catalog:

Catalog is unable to locate the details of a product that was found in the search. The web site is probably being updated. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact us.

I am not updating the websites
I have tried refreshing the site with no success

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Check the search settings for any blocked characters. Have you tried a purge and refresh of the website?
