Since friday I have been unable to upload my site v7

I can download orders, but ca not upload changes

I get error message - cannot connect to ftp server "....." timed out

Can anyone help - PLEASEEEEEEEEE

Ask your host for the new ftp password they have changed.

But I can log into the website on the hosting service and can ftp through internet explorer, but acitnic won't work

any more clues??!!

Try the network test and see what it reports.
