company name isn't being passed in payment url

Hi, I am using Actinic version 6 with Worldpay and the company name isn't being passed to WorldPay in the payment url (it says COMPANY=. Because of this, the Worldpay payment page doesn't say which company it is for. I've checked in Business Settings and the Company/Contact name is there. Could anyone please advise me where else I could check this and/or how to fix it? Thanks for your help.

That was meant to be a semi colon not a wink! The url says COMPANY=;

have you checked the info on the worldpay control panel

Hi, thanks for answering. If you mean the control panel inside the World Pay account, I haven't got access to that, but I have asked them to check. Thank you for your help.
