Actinic Version 7 mapping

I would be grateful if anyone could help with this simple question. It is ages since I changed anything on V7 and I have completely forgotten how to handle the following:-
I have mapped two extra fields for importing, Stock in hand and Shipping data. They both import correctly but do not show on preview. How can I get them to display in the generated HTML files?

Do I have to edit one of the templates to force them to display when the files are uploaded? If so which one?

Stock level is NETQUOTEVAR:STOCKLEVEL

No idea about the weight one. Searching for "netquotevar weight" seems to say it's not available for display in the Templates.

Put the NETQUOTEVAR:STOCKLEVEL into your Product Template to display it.
