Could someone tell me if it is possible to change the 'Reaching Us' heading (or indeed any other heading) in the [View Business Settings] [Terms & Conditions] section

Yes, go into Design | Text and then at the bottom conduct a search for 'Reaching Us' or the other terms you want to change and it will show up in: Phase -1: ID 123.
