I've moved from 4-sure to host-it - now actinic seems to have a problem

I've been with 4-sure hosting (techno web) for a few years and they are moving their customers to their new host-it server. They have just moved my site and I'm having problems.

As I can no longer upload the site - the window opens and gets half-way through and then just disappears - they got me to see if ftp worked using Filezilla. It did work, so they reckon there's something wrong with the Actinic software.

If I try to download orders, I get a message saying:
"Following a version upgrade to your software or after changed SSL settings, an upload to your site should normally be performed before order download is permissible. Otherwise it may be impossible to download orders correctly."

So I'm now stuck without being able to download orders either.

They suggested installing the latest patch as I wasn't yet on V7.07, so I did that, but it hasn't helped at all with the problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

If you want to send me a snapshot, I'll be happy to try an upload to one of my test accounts, that might help to pin down the problem (no strings of course!)
