Top Sections appearing but no link

I'm currently designing my Actininc Store and have used Layout3 as the template. And I need to have the Top Section images appearing at the top of the page, so that customers can click on any top level section and get directed to it quickly without having to move up through different levels.

I've managed to get the images to appear but I can't get links created to the images.

A link to a URL would be useful, but from your description it sounds like you need HTML similar to the following in your Top Level Section Link template:

<A HREF="NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONLINK">NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONIMAGE</A>
