    HTTP 403 forbidden error message!!

Please see thread 'help i've got a virus' for background'

earlier today i deleted all the files in the acataloge folder and re-uploaded to site from actinic, i am now getting this error message:

The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again. If it fails again, then it is possible, you were locked out by a firewall program, or you don't have network connection to this server.

when i text the connection in Advanced network i get a message saying The 'computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server.'

are these problems connected and how do i fix them - HELP

Export your network settings to a textfile and copy / paste it here (obscure usernames / passwords).

Tell us who your hosting is with and whether it's Windows onr Linux, etc.

            This setting looks wrong:

            WEBSITEURL http:/www.alpacaknitwear.co.uk

            Should be:

the SMTP error sometimes is benign. You can ignore it if you place a test order and find that emails are sent.
