If a client does not have actinic catalog, how do they get their orders - is it possible via just email?

They would need to purchase Actinic Order Manager - even if you could email the orders, as a customer I would not be happy with my credit card details going across the net without some form of encryption.

Another option (for customers that are really not interested in having anything to do with Actinic) is to use our 1 Stop Automation product to email copies of the invoice or packing list over to the customer. More details and a free trial at :
