Hi Barbara

You might want to check with your hosting company, and advise them to set all permission for the /acatalog/ folder to be set to 777. Thus you can create an order file on your /acatalog/ folder

At the moment, you cannot create a file on your /acatalog/ folder

Once you have set these permissions in the /acatalog/, you should be able to add to cart
