Re-sending digital downloads

In my shop it is quite clear that you download on the receipt...however sometimes people miss it and I need to resend a digital download. I used to be able to do it but can not seem to recall how. i'm running V7 with the digital download ad-on

Hi Jeff,

You cannot resend the original order acknowledgement including the LINKS with the timer reset.

It is a real pain and I too often have to resend MANUALLY, especially when the PSP fails to OK the payment, e.g. due to an AVS error ???

You can resend the content of the order acknowledgement, Click on Order Summary > Mail then pick one of the templates that best suits. I then COPY and PASTE the content into Outlook (or whoever your Mail provider is), and then MANUALLY attach the files as any attachment.

This seems like a fudge, but as I said there is no "RESEND DD" option, and I have not found a better way of achieving this.
