there was a feature in v6 and 7 on design options tab, to allow a page header and page footer - is this feature anywhere in v9 or have i got to create new variables?

excellent! what are the variable names to show them? i have the fields populated in Settings > Site Options > General tab but they aren't showing on the site thus i need to add the variables to the layoutComment
