    Data Entry Report

    Since a hard drive failure and reinstalling Actinic Business 4.1.0 and patch 4.1.1 I now can't see credit card details on Data Entry Report due to details being blanked out by black mask.

    How do I get rid of this black mask to enable me to read the credit card details.

    I suspect this is something to do with the grey shading that is behind the credit card details. It sounds like your printer is not coping with it.

    This is a long shot, but try the knowledge base advice in http://knowledge.actinic.com/users/k...20.html#aGC89.

      Your reply sent me in the right direction.

      My printer was set up to use the winfaxpro printer driver when it should have been our network printer.

      The report prints out OK now. Great stuff!
