VAT Problem

Hmmm, we have just had an order and someone has cheekily clicked the "I'm outside the EU and don't pay VAT" box, but are actaully in the UK

Does V4 actually check to see if the VAT number that is entered or country code matches with where they say they are from?

(we've only just picked this up, but it could have happened many times ...)

I'm afraid v4 does not error checking/validation on the VAT number with the country code

I'm afraid even version 6 cannot do this. This is simply a text field which can be downloaded with the order
