HTML Email

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know whether you can send customers HTML emails, rather than the basic text ones they recieve when purchasing a product?

This isn't totally important but I think it would be good if it could follow the same design as the site.

Hi Ollie

At present Actinic only provides a text only email. I'm afraid you cannot use a HTML reciept email page

I will add your name to the wishlist, as i do remember people asking for this.

One of our sites uses HTML email and now we're finding a downside. SPAM assassin assigns it more points because of the HTML. Have an 800 number and an unsubscribe link as well and you may very well get trashed by the SPAM filter.
