CGI Error Adding to Cart After Importing V5 Site

I'm in the process of upgrading from V5 to V6.1.3. I imported my site, refreshed the web site, accessed the site. On first click of an Add To Cart button, received the error: Undefined subroutine &ActinicOrder::GetCartID called at d:\inetpub\ftproot\store\cgi-bin\ca000001.pl line 2654.

No idea where to go next.

    hi steve

i would recommend you try this.

Take a snapshot of your current site before you do this.

Then go to crogram files>actinic v6>original folder and copy all the .pl and .pm files into your site1 folder.

then do a web refresh and let us know if that works...

sometimes the perl scripts get broke during upgrade....

    best,

Copying the original files and refreshing solved that problem. Thanks. However, now I get the error: Error: Mallformed XML cart template (missing ODLine).

If you go to C:/Program Files>Actinic v6>Formats>Themes and find the folder for the theme you are using and copy the Act_ShoppingCartXML.html file into your site1 folder and update, not refresh the website.

if you cannot find the Act_ShoppingCartXML.html in your theme folder, you can find one either in BUSINESS, or BUSINESS CSS depending on whether you use CSS style sheets in your catalog..

        hope this helps.

          from the knowledgebase:

This is due to the 'Order Details' (Act_OrderDetail.html) template not being upgraded correctly. The only way to fix this is to revert to a brand new Act_OrderDetail.html template and then re-applying any necessary design changes.

To do this (for themes NOT based on style sheets):
          - Browse to 'Actinic Ecommerce v6\Formats\Themes\Business' on your PC
          - Highlight 'Act_OrderDetail.html' and copy it to the clipboard
          - Paste this file into your site folder (normally 'Site1')
          - Upload your store.

To do this (for themes based on style sheets):
          - Browse to 'Actinic Ecommerce v6\Formats\Themes\BusinessCSS' on your PC
          - Highlight 'Act_OrderDetail.html' and copy it to the clipboard
          - Paste this file into your site folder (normally 'Site1')
          - Upload your store.

Copying the Act_OrderDetail.html file from the BusinessCSS directory over the copy in Site1 resolved this issue. Thank you.
