    Export To File

    Wish to export orders to file for import by other application. But on choosing menu item "Reports" - "Outstanding Exports ..." get message "There are no new orders to export."

    Where are orders flagged as exported and how are they reset to be exported?

    Hi there

    You could highlight that order in the Order tab, right click on it, and select the option to ReExport

      If you do not have 'Bypass Catalog Order Processing' checked in 'Business Settings | Orders' then an order will only be picked up with the 'Outstanding Exports' once payments are marked as received, and the order lines are marked as shipped.

        In addition to Nadeem and Chris's comments, Actinic expects (unless bypass catalog order processing is selected) to see orders as having full payment received, the invoice as being printed and every order line as being 100% shipped.
