    FTP problems

I cant get my catalogue to download any orders or upload any changes, it says there is an FTP problem, obviously the FTP account hasnt disappeared overnight so is this a problemm with my AOL connection that is stopping this??. I cant access the site on the web either which is worrying me as I have no idea what customers are seeing.
Back up and running thanks to help from Actinic community!!

    Hi Carolyn

Just to reassure you, your site is still there - I can view it here - so it definately seems to be a local problem. Can you open an ftp connection using the command prompt? You can try this by typing
    open [server address]
where [server address] is the text found in Advanced | Network Setup | Server Host.

      Thanks Ben,
I had an email from the hosting company saying the server had "died" and I get the same message from their website as I do from my own so it may not be my fault after all!. dont know why you can see it and I cant though!!

I can't any more. Perhaps there was a change in the DNS.
