We've had a customer complain that they cannot use a First Direct switch card on the site. I've seen other threads that state that Netwest and Royal Bank of Scotland cards can cause problems, but does anyone know of First Direct cards doing the same? If yes, what is the solution?
According to the customer it is saying 'unknown card type'.
