    FOOTERGUIDE query

Catalog 4 - project in progress

Is it possible to selectively replace FOOTERGUIDE with customised nav buttons?

For example, one might use FOOTERGUIDE for most pages but customise the number and variety of nav buttons in, say, search.html.

The only way I've found, is to create any additional custom navigations links AFTER you've completed your site.

This is because you'll need to know the actual names of your html pages that Actinic generates. You can then link to these pages in any way you like - BUT you need to really think this out, as any links coded OUTSIDE of the actinic software, will need to be hard-coded each time you make a considerable alteration to your catalogue to compensate for the almost-irratic naming system of html files generated by Actinic.

I'd be interested in any ideas anyone else has to get around this problem.
