Paypal orders suddenly are staying in Pending Payment Service Provider

All PAYPAL orders are now staying in the PENDING PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER.
Im having to manually check that each PAYPAL order has gone through then moving the order into the pending section.
I don't think anything recently has changed inside my Actinic.
PAYPAL say that there is no problem at their end.
Iv'e done a full web refresh without any luck.
Any help would be much appriciated.

Search of the forum is what you need, actinic have provided a fix, it's a port number issue IIRC that needs changing. Very very recent thread.

Has this problem started since 1st January or only in the last day or so.
Have you received any Paypal payment between the start of the year and now that have been OK.

Thanks for the link to the other thread, haven't tried it yet but it looks promising
