Spider / Bot permission help

I am trying to iron out one persistent issue I keep running into. I want the bots and spiders to pick up on my Department list.

Example:

Bathroomscales4less.com

Bots and Spiders do not see my Department words. My title , description shows up and everything else shows up.
When I click a 'cached' image of the site. (from Google) The Department list is not highlighted at all.

Any fix? Any help is wanted.

Search the forum on cgi-bin navigation and/or smart theme. In short you need to change the menu, it's formed in a way that's not great, albeit a little improved nowadays. There are better ways to have the menu created, you probably have the very worst you could.
