If you click the browse button you can choose where to save it, does it not solve the issue if you move it? Are you running from an exterior drive, to see Y:\ is a bit strange.

      ...or are we misunderstanding?
Have you tried renaming the file to be without spaces?
Do you have a Y drive?

      More explanation would help.

That sounds like a setting for the export options is wrong - that the only place I can think of where you can enter a file name, you can check this by clicking on the export files button on the order processing tab.

I took a site1 copy from machine 1 to machine 2 in a second location.
Then i refreshed the website totally from machine2
I did not download any orders.
Now when i go into business settings in machine 2
I get the path in drive Y message.
          I dont have a drive Y

One message i did get when refreshing was:
Server scripts incompatible with this version of actinic
          7 GBGA server version
          7 HCFA cleint version

But still, i have not downloaded any orders.

Firstly you need to have the same version of Actinic on both PCs. I would recommend going back to PC1 and uploading teh site from there to go back to where you started. Then uninstall v7 from PC2. Download the same version of Actinic as PC1 and install on PC2. Create a snapshot on PC1 and import it into Actinic on PC2. Then see where you stand.

Well the old version on site1 is GBGA
I uploaded HCFA from machine 2
and then got the imcompatibilty message.

If I go back to machine 1 and upload GBGA
will that reinstate the older version i.e. GBGA
              on the server?

When we try to restore from machine 1 we are getting this:

Check and send files times out at A000306.cat

                  Actinic suggests:
                  Permission problem
                  or low disk space
Please manually examine acatalog directory before continuing.

How can i reset the permissions?
What would i be manually looking for in the acatalog directory?

The problems started when i tried to update the server from machine 2 using 7.0.7 HCFA
The orignal machine 1 is 7.0.7 GBGA

                  Hope you can help
                  Thanks
