Shipping Charge Set Up

Hi,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before...

We wish to implement two delivery charges (£6.50 and $24). Delivery is a fixed cost regardless of order value etc. When I enter in the Simple Method £6.50, Actinic calculates the $ cost based on the exchange rate used for the rest of the catalog causing the $ delivery cost to fall short.

However, we need the shipping charge to be fixed at $24 for USA/North America.

Can someone please tell me how this can be achieved.

You need to change your shipping calculation to 'By Quantity'.

Then, delete the 'UK' and 'Rest of Europe' shipping zones that are there by right-clicking on them and selecting 'Delete'.

In the remaining 'North America' zone, right-click and select 'Add Class | Standard Charge'.

In the grid enter:

Quantity | Cost
1 | £14.04

and set 'Excess' to 'Take the Highest Value in the Table'.

Then in the 'If shipping band not defined' area, select 'Use Default Charge' of £6.50.
