Missing Locations

Hi all,
When placing an online order, a dropdown list offers all the shipping destinations.

However, Canada is missing. I have gone to Advanced : Locations and Canada is there together with the states. Can someone please tell me how to reinstate Canada in the list of shipping destinations.

Canada also needs to be set-up in Business Options, Shipping and Handling.

Under Shipping Band, list by Zone and if you right-click a zone and select properties you can see the countries listed in the zone and have the facility to add to or delete from the zone.
