Section links on clean layout 14

I'm using clean layout 14 but want to remove the left hand side blue bar and move the section navigation links onto the right hand side one. How do I do this?

You simply need select the other template that's in the 'Default Overall Layout Template' drop-down in 'Design | Options | Layouts'.
