Different address checkbox to pulldown

Is there a way to change the "click here to deliver to a different address" checkbox on the first page of the checkout to a pulldown menu?

The code seems to be hidden away somewhere in actinic.

I'm not sure where this is in V7 and don't have a copy installed to check. It is accessable in V9 so you might want to consider an upgrade sometime.

If you can't find where this is done, one way to do it would be to take a copy of the generated page, make the changes you want and then comment out the actinic variables and use the relevant portion of the edited code instead.
