Extended info links in site map ?

Is it possible to have plain HTML links to the extended info pages in the sitemap?

It doesn't look to me as if they're generated automatically, but it would make it easier for the search engines to find them and avoid any penalising that google etc might give to pages that appear in a new browser window.

If this isn't possible today, could you make it an option in a future release?
