    Catalog.exe doesn't open

    Hi,

    I wonder if someone can assist, as having trawled the community pages i havent found a suitable fix.

    When i double click the actinic icon, the icon flashes once but nothing happens. Effectively i am locked out of actinic.
    I have tried this line C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Catalog.exe /s Site1 but that doesnt make a difference.

    Does this mean i have to reinstall?

    Yes it does.

      It could be that you have some instances of Actinic that are running but do not have any visible windows. Run up task manager and go to the processes window, if you see any catalog.exe programs, kill them. Then try to start Actinic again.

        Try restarting your machine and paste this code into the command prompt in windows:
        "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Catalog.exe" /s Site1

        Make sure the path and site name are correct.
