Feature request -- or how can I work around this?

When customers enter shipping comments, these are transferred to Quicken as a Customer Message -- which means these are stored. This stored list is getting huge, and I can't delete anything, because they are used in the invoices.

Would it be possible to transfer the shipping comments to a comment line(s) on the invoice instead? That would be so much easier.

I would like to not save the shipping comments when the custome selects "remember me". These, at least for me, should apply only to that one order.
