Removing purchase order option

How do I remove the purchase order number option?

Our customers rarely use it and some less savvy website users think they HAVE to put a number in there to complete the transaction.

Try to open Design | Text dialog. There should be a checkbox for this on the "Web Site (cont)" | Payment Details tab.
