Why is Catalog spelt this way on the website instead of Catalogue??

Perhaps because it's clearer to people for whom English isn't a first language. Better than that "e" on the end of Concorde

You can change it to whatever you want. Just double click the text that marks the top of your catalog(ue) tree.
