    Creating an email list with products

    Hi,

    Has anyone managed to find a way to export/create a list of customers emails along with the products they have purchased?

    The information required I think can be combined from the export files 'persons', 'orders' and 'orderlines' but I don't have the knowledge to be able to do this (presumably would need a report in ms access?).

    If the customer placed an order for say 3 items (in a single or over several orders) then I would want the output (in a csv file) to have these as separate entries, ie.

    customer@email.com, productA
    customer@email.com, productB
    customer@email.com, productC

    Any suggestions on how to do this?

    How about using the Sales Analysis Report. You might be able to output it to a text printer and then use a macro to format the data for/in excel. You could then match up the customer emails afterwards.

      hmmm, looking at the output I'm not really sure how that helps.

      Maybe the easiest way would just be to write a perl script that merges the 3 export files.
