Adding e-mail templates?

In the order section, when selecting an order, there is the opportunity to send the customer an e-mail. It has three e-mail templates (order received, payment received, order shipped).

I know you can change these templates but can you add others to the list? I have 3 different 'order shipped' e-mails and it would be good to select them from a list rather than select one with 3 varitations of text which I have to delete as applicatble for each order...

Hi,

I'm afraid that at the moment you cannot add your own templates to the e-mail list in the software. It is being considered for a future release as we have been asked for this feature many times in the past.

A good work-around is to consider that you have three form emails... what they are (regardless of their title) is up to you...

yes, i noticed that - but i occasionally use the order received, to resend the e-mail to myself when, for whatever reason, i don't get the automatic notification of the order.
