I'm not sure what you mean. The order processing emails have the salution included - it's part of the NETQUOTEVAR:CUSTOMER_DATA variable - and you can see this by changing the salutation in the Customer tab of the order and viewing the preview of the email.
The customer email sent automatically when the order is placed also includes the salutation for both the delivery details and invoice details (<Actinic:SHIP_SALUTATION/> and <Actinic:BILL_SALUTATION/> respectively).
When the order is double-clicked the Customer information is displayed on the "Customer" tab and the customer has entered "Mr" for the salutation.
Clicking on the "Line items" tab presents the order line items and several buttons near the bottom of the window - one of which is named "Mail..."
Clicking the "Mail..." button displays the mail window where one is presented with the opportunity of selecting a mail template. When any of those templates are chosen, the mail begins, "Dear F J Surname," but in "Customer Details" section of the same email we have: "Mr F J Surname".
I see what you mean. I'm afraid there isn't a NQV variable for the salutation alone - the generation is controlled by the application. I will add it to the wishlist.
