Order appearing in Actinic.. but not in secure trading.?

once again im new so please bear with me.

right someone has placed an order... but the order hasnt come to secure trading!!!

i cant send it out because as far as i know she hasnt paid?

what is going on?!

When a customer is transferred to a PSP like Secure Trading, that is when the online store creates the *.ord file for the order. This file contains the shopping cart, name address and shipping data.

Then when a customer comes back from the PSP, that is when the payment authorisation file is created (with an extension of *.occ).

When Actinic retrieves orders, it downloads the *.ord files and their matching *.occ files to create a complete order.

Now, if a customer abandons their shopping session while they are at the PSP page, then you get a *.ord file without a *.occ file. Actinic downloads th *.ord file and files the order in the 'Pending PSP' folder in the 'Orders' area of Actinic. These are automatically purged after a while.
