displaying multiple images per product

Here's a minor update to the Dynamic Product Images readme that deals with those product templates where the image alternates from left to right.

There are no code changes, just a better description of how to patch the product templates.

I've updated this to allow for main image change on Drop Down Lists. You can't have icons agains drop down list items (this is a fundamental limitation of HTML).

Please use this one instead. If updating you only need to replace

dynamicimagesupport.js
Act_VariantListHeader.html
Act_VariantListChoice.html
Act_VariantListFooter.html

with the bits from the readme.
