    Order Manager and Citrix

Is anyone aware of any problems running Actinic Order Manager under Citrix (on win 2k). Just my client is a tad anxious that it does. The download terminal will be a remote site.
    thanks for any advice

Dan, could you explain this a bit more. I'm not sure what you mean by running Order Manager under Citrix. Do you want to export orders from OM and import into Citrix?

No, Citrix is a network manager application i.e. like Novell, this is on my clients network and so there is some worry from the network administrator, surrounding O.M's use with Citrix (as they had problem with Office 97). Apparenlty Citrix is a well used network manager and so they are after reassurances that it will work and not break their system or require too many alterations to make it work. Hope this sheds some light.

      Thanks

The honest answer is that we haven't tested Actinic with Citrix, but we have used it with Terminal Services and had no issues. As long as Citrix has access to the registry where Actinic is installed there shouldn't be a problem, although I'd recommend making the most of the 30 days evaluation to test it works on your system.
