    User Defined problem

I am having a bit of a problem with Catalog v5.
I have put an entry onto the Invoice page of the site whereby the purchaser can decide whether they want to have the goods gift wrapped or not. That is working fine. The problem is that on the printed Packing List, the reply comes under a heading of User Defined and is therefore being missed by our packing people as they don't know the anser next to that field pertains to the Gift Wrapping!
Is there some way I can get the Packing List to print out the entry as something like:
    Gift Wrapping? - Yes
    Thanks

    Hi Nick

If you go to Design | Text, then go to the Order Processing Reports Tab, then the Packing List tab, you will see it says User definable 1,2 and 3...

You can change these to say what you want them to say, i.e 'Do you require gift wrapping'.

Then those changes will appear on your packing list when you print them.

      User Defined Problem

      James

Thanks for that but it isn't those user definables I have the problem with.

I changed a user definable in the Design Text/Checkout/Invoice Address part of the site and it reads ok on the web site but when it comes through on the Report it reads User Defined and I really want to change that one on the report.

Does that make sense? I hope so

If you go to Design | Text, and click the Goto button in the bottom left hand corner. And for Phase put -1, and for ID put 407, that will take you to the text that says 'User defined' in the Packing List, have you tried changing that to say 'Gift Wrapping'?
