rebuilt and uploaded website from scratch on new computer, everything looks fine until you click next after selecting pay by credit card, a grey rectangle appears that tells the viewer that they do not have the correct java script settings and to return to the prevous page to pay by other means, several customers have reported the same problem, this did not occur before i refreshed the website, what can i do to fix this problem?

It's not JavaScript but Java that's the problem. They sound similar but are completely different.
You have selected to use Actinic's built in Java encryption as the security method. If you don't have Java installed on your computer then you will see just a grey box and a warning.
Did you use this method on your previous system? If so then the problem will probably be in the Operating System you and some other users are running.
If you built your new system using XP then that may be the problem. Microsofts XP O/S was originally shipped without Java so you may have to download and install it.
Another thing to look out for is Firewall (and some Anti-Virus)software that may have been set to block Java applets from being downloaded.
