shared ssl

My web host has re assigned my shared ssl provider to a new unlisted provider and all the settings have now changed. When an order is placed and the customer clicks to pay by credit card the page goes off to the shared ssl space and fails as it cannot find the file: sp.000001.pl

I can access the new ssl site and the file is not there - should the programme generate the file and send it over or can someone explain what should happen please.

You will need to sort out your network settings again. Run a network test and check for the errors.

More importantly you need to stop collecting credit card details for later processing and become PCI-DSS compliant. Search the forum for PCI-DSS.
