8 HOSTING . COM ARE CON MERCHANTS
I am been totally ignored by www.8hosting.com and now they have stopped displaying my site , my website is now down and i am now loosing serious money , i do not intend to leave it there , all i did was ask them for my domain log n pass info as they registered it on my behalf ( big mistake ) and now my website seems to be suspended ? , any way i have wasted no time in registering www.oldskoolvinyl-r-us.com i am going to go to wipo to try to get my old domain back
i have spoke to go daddy ( domain reg company who it was registered with )and they said wipo is the only people who can help. i need to get my new site up and running asap..


it only up for two months and it was starting to take off . now i have to start from scratch thanks to WWW.8HOSTING.COM

I see that 8hosting is the administrative contact. Very bad news. I have read many WIPO decisions and they don't decide ownership conflicts, usually just trademark cybersquatting. If you held a registered trademark your case would be much stronger. It will cost you at least $1500 USD to file. See http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/fees/index.html
