we currently use bus v4 and are looking to upgrade to bus v6,
1) has any one had any major problems when using worldpau and v6 bus.

2)do worldpay have to change anything at there end, or can we simply upgrade and it all works?

We have a lot of customers using WorldPay and v6 without problems.

Yes. All your merchant information will be upgraded to v6 and it will start working from the moment you upload the store.
