Disconnection after 90% uplaod

Hi

On a site update, i get all the html pages uploading ok
Plus 60% of the images upload ok.
Then the connection is reset with the message
"Check permissions"

What could i try for a 100% upload?

The first thing I'd do is check the permissions on the acatalog and cgi-bin directories.

I finally maintained a connection long enough to get the whole site up
I toggled the passive transfer setting
