Is anyone (sorry) else having trouble with Entweb?

Hi

Just wondered if anyone else is having trouble with Sites hosted with Entwebb. Our site WWW.BOARDRIDERSGUIDE.COM has been down all day. Entweb is not answering calls or emails and their site appears to be down too - can anyone help?
