    Price - Quantity Relationship

We sell fresh meat, and sell it by the kilo. We also sell things like free-range eggs (by the dozen) and hamburger patties (by the package).

I am new to Actinic --- moving over from StoreFront. I have found in our Actinic site how to change the description from PRICE to PRICE PER KILO, but that obviously changes the display throughout.

Is there some way to change to Price per Kilo (most of our products are sold in this fashion), but then override this for things like the eggs and hamburgers?

I'm afraid I don't know much HTML --- I use FrontPage 2003. But I'm usually quite good at following step-by-step instructions, and an ace at the cut-and-paste.

Thank you for any assistance you're able to give. Much appreciated.

    Hi Craig

For the products you wish to display PRICE in (eg Eggs or hamburgers), simply double click on those products

Click on "Advance", then you will see a prompt tab, click on it, and you will see a Price Field, simply set this to PRICE, and it will show it for that product only

Do this for all the products, where you just want to set PRICE to.

Wow, that couldn't be easier. Works perfectly.

      Thanks,
