    CVV No show

    I am having a few problems with CVV numbers.
    The box appears on the checkout pages and you can fill it in, but when you retrieve the order its blank.

    Any ideas whats wrong.

        Hi there,

        I went to your site added an item to cart, went through the check out process until I saw the CVV2 prompt visible.

        I then clicked on cancel, went to 'view basket' and saved and then removed the basket. I then retrieved the order and then went through the checkout process but failed to replicate the problem.

        I guess what you can do is in Actinic, go to Help | Troubleshooting and click on the 'purge session' files and then please try again.

          The problem is when people fill in the CVV2 box and submit the order.
          When i collect the order and view it in Catatlog V6, the CVV2 number is missing.

            Hi Matt,

            Have you split the uploading and downloading onto two different machines? If so, then you must make sure that the CVV2 options are selected on the downloading machine too.
