Hi, This is my first posting so I hope it makes sense!
We use Actinic for our Authority's online shop and have a problem with items of a certain value.
We are selling Christmas Card packs for £2.99 through our normal shops, but online they are priced £2.98 or £3.00, due to Actinic's rounding and calculation of VAT, I think. The same happens with £16.95 (£16.94 online) and £12.99 (£12.98 online).
I would hope this can be addressed as it does not look good and is playing havoc with my reconciliation! Thanks Neil
