      Hi there,

After looking at the screen shot, I believe the order has been corrupt whilst processing the order.

If this message appears every time when you are trying to download then Actinic tries to read the order file (RT0610000199) from the server but fails to decrypt.

I believe the only solution is to remove the RT0610000199.ord file from the server, which can be found in the 'acatalog' directory.

      Hope this helps
      Thank You

        Hi

Thanks for the info, I understand that I can delete the order, but the problem is that I have two of these and really need to let the customer that has placed the order know that there is a problem??

Ok, I have just looked at the .ORD files that seem to be corrupt. What I have noticed is that the files are 0 bytes in size? I guess thats why they are corrupt.

I would be interested in knowing how this could happen? As if the customer did not complete the order then it wouldnt create it? Any ideas anyone?

There were issues in v6 pre 6.1.3 where empty 'ghost' ord files would sometimes be created if a customer clicked 'Back' and 'Forward' a lot in order to edit the contents of their shopping cart after they had entered the checkout.

Have you got the latest version on Actinic on this PC?

              Error decrypting the order

I have the same problem regularly at the moment and have logged a support call.

I will try the latest patch to see if this will resolve...
